Empowering Entrepreneurs to Transform Business Success in Uganda. The Starting Point Entrepreneur Workshop Project is a transformative initiative aimed at addressing the challenges faced by small-scale entrepreneurs in Uganda. With high business failure rates, Uganda is one of the most entrepreneurial countries in the world, with 30% of Ugandans starting businesses annually. Despite being ranked, few Ugandan businesses barely make it through the first year, and 50% of these businesses fail within 3 years.
