Business Plan Workshop

Aitenga organized a Business Plan training for the Advanced class students and at the Mugongo offices. As part of preparing our students for life after the program, we equipped them with knowledge to help them pursue better opportunities as they go into the outside world.

In this session, they learned how to develop business plans through generating business names and brands, creating marketing strategies, setting product prices, marketing strategies, customer maintenance ,managing risks and handling challenges in business.
During the training, the students were divided into 3 groups and assigned to come up with their own business plan ideas, in relation to what they were taught, which they later presented creatively .

They were later assigned to develop individual business plans with guidance and follow-up from Aitenga staff; Hope, Linnet, Becky, Joseline and Edgold within a two weeks period. Special thanks go to the Aitenga staff that spear-headed this training to see to it that these young women are empowered with the rightful knowledge.
