Hair Shampoo & Shower Gel Making Workshop

Our community members gathered for a practical skills training aimed at creating new income opportunities and improving daily livelihoods. The session, led by the NAWI team introduced participants to the art of making hair shampoo and shower gel. Alongside the hands on demonstrations, trainers shared valuable business and marketing tips, including how to source raw materials, price products, and find reliable markets.

The training also emphasized the importance of shifting the mindset. Participants were encouraged to shift from feelings of helplessness to seeing themselves as capable entrepreneurs ready to take on new opportunities. Participants expressed excitement about putting their new knowledge into practice. Many noted that learning such simple but marketable skills could help them supplement household income and build financial stability.
